Warning: I just realized this became pretty long lol.. gl reading it all

I'm just really frustrated and tired of the swings I've had at really highstakes lately. Yesterdays session could've ended +300k easily with just a few different cards but instead I lost 100k. Now what was looking to be a great month is back to breakeven and this years nosbleed results -120k. I don't think I'm mentally strong enough for the swings, and my bankroll either, so I should probably try to stay away even if there is a weaker player there for now. Perhaps a few minimum buyin shots is ok, but not like I did now when I got position on the fish to just buyin full 200bb, 40k. I'm gonna go through some hands of yesterdays session where i played many of my careers biggest pots and re-live the pain. It ended up lasting like 18 hours, The session started out pretty bad with a few very unlucky hands.

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645350 I'm in a pot with the 2 weak players, when cadillac pots the flop I'm pretty sure he has an 8 because of his playing style, I decide to just call to possibly still induce action from the other player, there is pretty much only 1 card, the queen in the deck that could scare away cadillac on the turn, so i can c/r im all-in on the turn. Anyways the turn ends up being the MFKING 1outer SÖLFKJSÖSE  the river I feel like a blocking kind of small bet will make me lose the minimum and fold when raised and sometimes get value if I have missread him and he has like KK, when he minraises it's just such a crappy spot, and I very much want to fold my hand because I could so easily have quads myself he is never bluffing here. But there are a few things to think about, he is a fish and could just make a retarded bluff cause it's cheap, or he could overvalue a hand like AAxx now and feel it's worth raising for value so with the ridiculous pot-odds I'm getting I call for 1700 more to win 17000, only to see the bad news, not only to lose the pot but that I would've gotten his entire stack on a blank turn.

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645360 Vaga opening a ton of buttons and me having position on cadillac who is calling very loosely I have to 3bet. With the stacks this is a strong enough hand I want to balance a smaller cbet with for the times I wanna cbet with air and fold when raised. Anyways he calls and no surprise what the turn is. Check and I think he gives me good enough odds to call, I could get paid off if I hit my flush and he is polarizing his range when betting that I could have the best hand (he isn't betting his bare weak 2pairs) anways standard stuff on the river

I just realised if I'm gonna write down all of these smaller pots this will be wayy too long and probably will now aswell so I'm gonna most of them

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645364 I like my sizing and get durrrr to hero call

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645365 kinda unlucky hand, I think my hand is strong enough to isolate the shortstack, with one ace in my hand and loko not 3betting it is unlikely he will have a hand he can go with but this time he had crappy enough aces he just flatted with so I lose 8.5k in equity

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645367 this hand is pretty marginal all the way, but at this point in the session cadillac only seemed to be 3betting aces, and had in preivous sessions been making really horrible stackoffs postflop even in multiway pots and with deep stacks so I felt I could call profitably. Even the flop is kind of marginal because of urindanger behind me with a deep stack aswell, but I think I'm so well ahead of cadillacs range with a pair+gs+fd that I decide to ship, everything goes well and and the money goes in with me as a 66% favorite

Many 30-40kish pots go by with us running it twice and splitting the pot

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645375 I think this is pretty interesting concept deepstacked against players leading alot, my plan is to raise/fold the flop, durrr behind me needs a REALLY strong hand to get it in with and urindanger aswell, the nutfd blocker helps alot, if called I can also stackoff on some turns/continue bluffing on flush cards

It's hard to really blog about the entire session being this long as there are just too many hands that should be shown, anyway at this point it's not going good until this hand comes around

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645377 Handn't been 4betting this deep almost at all so don't think I can do it here either. River is a really tough spot, I basically only have a bluffcatcher and he is probably valuebetting all straights. I had been giving him credit and making quite tough folds in many spots already, he probably viewed me as a bit of scared money so I was sure he would be bluffing all combos of pairblockers in this spot, I also thought he might be bluffing even without double blockers(a pair) I call and am relieved to see his hand

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645385 turn is so good to barrel especially against someone like durrrr who doesnt fold preflop and likes to float wide, it might still be a little thin, would like at least some other draws with my pair but it's probably ok. River I have to valuebet as he doesnt like to fold, I could've gone for maybe a little bit of smaller one but kinda coolerish river

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645386 get paid off nicely by uringdanger

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645387 Justice! cadillac starts opening his 3betting range lol

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645391 didn't have much reads on this villain so turn is probably pretty close, could've shipped aswell but decide to call. When he checks the river I have to valueshove, he snapcalls

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645390 just one minute after the earlier hand so he could be frustrated? really crappy flop spot, without the gutshot I'd def go for a small bet/fold, but with it, it gets a little trickier with onyl little over a pot-sized bet left, I could be convinced bet/folding is still the best play but can't be a big difference either way.

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645394 funny hand from cap

Next pot puts me nicely in the green:

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645396 biggest pot by far I've won. With just bare top2 I'd call the flop and fold if urindanger shoves but with the gutshot and bd fd I just have to go with it imo. Urindanger tanks for quite a while before shoving, I'm still 38% and with the dead money from cadillac I only net -11k EV. We run it twice and I win both times :)

can't enjoy it for too long tho...

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645398 I'm not really sure what durrr is thinking about on the turn cause in my experience cadillac is never folding and never behind durrrs hand, but i'm happy to see him join with my monster draw, I get it in with 53% 3ways but manage to not hit... and the 142k gets shipped cadillacs way which isn't the end of the world as I have position on him and both very deep stacks

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645400 this is a really frustrating hand.. sometimes I just don't get durrr, once again dont like 4betting, Could've made a slightly bigger c/r on the flop turn gets really awkward with 43k in the pot and 90k eff behind with uarepileous, I decide to check and see what happens, it's fairly certain atleast one of them has a 3 or 22 after flop action, under 1/2pot bet which I decide to call. Durr rivers the straight with only a 5 or 4 as outs...

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645406 this one just made me want to go jump off a balcony. Basically Durrrrs VPIP during this session was somewhere around 70% (I'm not kidding) it's just amazing how he makes it work for himself, he had also started 3betting me a ton in position, it was just really tough to play against that with these deep stacks so I'm really not worrying much about his hand, when skjervoy flatcalls the 3bet I see an opportunity, cadillac would never even consider just flatcalling if he had aces, he seemed to just repot with those no matter position, stacksizes or anything. I make a small reraise enough to still open up action if(when) skjervoy shoves, durrrs call worries me a little bit but he was playing so many tables or he could've figured the pot odds were just too good just in case skjervoy doesnt shove that he would just call with whatever crap he had 3bet in the first place. Everything goes according to plans and I get to pump in the 40k 6bet with what figures to be the best hand 90% of the time. Durrr CALLS WITH Q9FKING75 SINGLE SUITED  cadillac calls aswell which isnt a big surprise as he just liked to call, he also made what seemed like horrible postflop folds after calling with a big chunk of his stack pf (one time timebanking with top pair on 246 flop with like 15k behind into 90k pot HU). Anyways what can I say, durrrr luckboxes the flop and my ingenious masterplan goes down the toilet and so goes the 250k pot which we'll see if I ever manage to play another one of the same size again during my lifetime.

I thought it was all over at this point, but not many hands after:

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645416 kind of interesting flop float by urindanger, it's not that bad considering everything, the turn is really good for him, he timebank-shoves getting it in with 25% equity against my nizzelss and a 100k pot gets shipped my way

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645420 should've folded preflop the second time around even closing the action. Not my usual line on the flop but I felt it was good taking into consideration the game flop, kinda sucks to leave 20k behind til the river oop tho, the river was one of those decent cards tho that didn't fill that many draws so I think valueshoving it is the best. So I managed to lose 52k with 0 EV. This was probably the pot that got to me most, as there are many alternate lines I could've taken altho I don't know if they involve me not losing as much against that hand.

Now I'm really close just quitting, but in a few hands:

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645430 a break from the poker gods, we run it twice and I win both rivers, except my net EV is only 4k

So I thought maybe... just MAYBE it could turn around now BUT NO...

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5645433 at this point cadillac is just playing bad 3betting with fairly random hands, I consider 4betting right away isolating cadillac and playing him in position, but there was one scenario even better, I thought finnishnightmare had noticed cadillacs play and with his stack would be shoving more hands, like KKxx and big rundowns, this way cadillac would never fold and I'd get to stick in 30k of my stack. My ingenious masterplan works out!! and even better I hit the flop!! but NO it's just not enough. The poker gods give the turn just to play with me, I already feel a sense of relief with him drawing to 4 outs and boom

From here on I manage to stick in 3x 10k shortstack buyins, losing all of them. 2 of them getting no EV credit as it gets checked to the river and the nuts bets out the other hand. At this point the clock is 5pm of the next day, I realize I've been playing for 18 hours and I'm 100k down. I decide it's probably best to go to bed.

I'm writing this now after sleeping a solid 17 hours. For now I think I have to take a few days off poker, and I really mean playing 0 hands to get my head straight. These swings can't be good for my normal game, today I just can't see myself playing 10/20 on ipoker and grinding a solid 4500$ win. As I'm writing this I opened the fulltilt software (don't ask me why) and noticed jungleman durrr challenge has started, so I could rail that a bit aswell. Have to watch True Blood season 3 also, and go out drinking today aswell as tomorrow for my friends birthday so I wont run out of stuff to do! Perhaps I'll do some videos for coinflip of lowstakes omaha soon.

GL at the tables, hopefully you can run better than me.
